To make the most of your exhibiting at the fair, please pay attention to our recommendations below.

An advertising campaign during the pre-event period is a guarantee of your success at the fair. Please find below a list of the most effective marketing tools:

  • Personalized postal mailing and e-mailing. Remember to indicate your contacts in your e-mails and letters. Make your message as precise as possible. Avoid sending the same in-formation to your addressees; find new approach every time
  • Telemarketing
  • Printed advertisement. Announce your participation in the fair in your printed ads in industrial media
  • Internet. Announce your participation in the fair on your web-site and also on those of your partners, in social networks


Convince your customers to attend your booth. Present weighty arguments why they should work with your company and choose your products.

Announce special offers: special prices for the orders placed at the fair, presence of important experts available at your booth, information about new products, an opportunity to receive souvenirs, etc.

Develop your advertising campaign in several stages making it more intense closer to the fair start. Normally, the most active stage starts three months prior to the fair. Remember to take into consideration the geographical location of your customers.

Address a separate massage to your regular customers and invite them to your booth. It could be reasonable to schedule meetings with regular customers for 10 AM – 11:30 AM or 04:30 PM – 06:00 PM. This schedule will allow you to focus on new contacts also showing respect to your loyal clients.
