Post-event press release of Chains Wholesale Center™ Center for Chain ProcurementTM: Successful start of a new format for negotiations in the auto parts market

More than 500 companies got involved in the activities of the Center for Chain Procurement™, being a unique format for business negotiations on supply of automotive parts, components and accessories. For the first time the event was held at the largest trade exhibition “MIMS Automechanika Moscow”. From August 21 to 22 Pavilion 7 of the Central Exhibition Complex “Expocentre” become a new effective platform for business communication and search for contracts.

The Center for Chain Procurement™ is traditionally organized by the Congress and Exhibition Company “Empire”, which has successfully held it in various market segments since 2000. The general partner is “ITMF EXPO”.

The Center for Chain Procurement ™ involved 40 profile chains, importers and dealerships, including AMIWA (Samsung Motors), UAB Avexim (ASK Automotive), Impex Group/ Arkuda, Carmine Avto, Svetofor RLS, Euro Auto (Amtel), Pantus, Mir Avto and 470 large manufacturers from Asia. The common goal of the companies was to discuss direct supplies of spare parts, components, accessories and components for freight and light-duty vehicles.

The number of applications from manufacturers was so great that the organizers had to prolong the negotiations for two more days. However, a great number of participants did not prevent manufacturers and suppliers from drawing attention to the convenient format and a great number of negotiations that will guarantee them award of contracts for 2018.

Importers and automotive parts dealers were also satisfied with the event and noted that they got interested in more than 60% of commercial offers. All purchasers were provided with individual workspace and a personal interpreter for the most comfortable and efficient operation. Purchasers appreciated thorough preparation of the event and the benefits of the new format of dealing with suppliers.

• 470 suppliers and manufacturers from China

It is already known that the Center for Chain Procurement™: Automotive products and Spare Parts will return to the exhibition “MIMS Automechanika Moscow” in 2018.
